TREATMENT BACKGROUND
Botulinum Toxin more commonly known as ‘Botox’ is a prescription-only drug that works by relaxing the muscles which prevents the skin from creasing. It can be used for several areas such as forehead lines, crow’s feet and jawline. A face-to-face consultation will allow you to discuss your ideas and concerns and for us to advise you on what course of action is best.
DOES IT HURT?
Botox treatments tend to only take around 15 minutes. A very fine needle is used which means any pain that is experienced is only ever minimal. It is often compared to that of a pin prick.
SIDE EFFECTS
There is very little downtime with anti-wrinkle injections. You may experience some redness which settles within an hour. Full results will be noticeable after two weeks. With all treatments we provide an aftercare pack which contains further information about your treatment and what to subsequently expect and look out for.
