Aftercare Process

As medically trained healthcare professionals we understand and pride ourselves on the importance of our aftercare process.

Through our years of experience and knowledge from working within our industry we would pinpoint the aftercare process as being the single most important factor of your whole treatment.

We can spot and diagnose any complications or issues and know how to avoid them. Most importantly we can prescribe any medication that is needed. This is included as standard across all our treatments.
Our job is to make the whole experience, from enquiring and then booking with us to having your treatment and all the way through to the end of your aftercare plan as efficient and relaxing as it could be.
During your appointment with us we will talk you through a few do’s and dont’s and explain the treatment and aftercare process thoroughly so you understand as much as possible. 

From the moment your treatment ends your aftercare process with us begins. We take pride in our aftercare process and truly believe it is second to none. We invite all our patients to give us honest and constructive feedback. We understand our patients will have questions but don’t want to message and sound unknowledgeable as it may be a new unfamiliar experience for them. With us at The MediClinic you will receive round the clock aftercare support and we invite you to ask and are happy to answer ANY questions you may have.

Our WhatsApp is available at all times for you to use if needed. We will contact you in the week after your treatment to check in to see how you are and to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your treatment.

Book your treatment at one of our clinics

STEP 3

TREATMENT

Treatment carried out to the highest standard and aftercare leaflet guide handed to you. Leave the clinic knowing you have medically trained professionals on hand at the other end of the phone if any issues arise.

STEP 4

RECEIVE

Receive your aftercare message via WhatsApp where you can discuss and ask us anything about your treatment, how you are feeling and give us feedback about your experience. We read and evaluate every bit of feedback we receive. You can also message us at anytime if you wish to discuss anything about your treatment.

STEP 5

REVIEW

Review us on google and get £20 off any future treatment with us. There aren’t any time restrictions or catches with the discount either and we genuinely love the relationships we have with our regular returning patients.
